Adults and kids will enjoy this fast-paced electronic category game. As the clock ticks down, players compete to come up with words that start with specified letters in 170+ different categories, such as: “Name something found at a picnic, letter A” or “Name a snack, letter P,” and so on. This sounds easy, but it’s amazing how tongue-tied you can get when the pressure is on. There is relief in sight, however. You can press a button to change the category or the letter, and try again, but it costs you in time – and players each only have a total of 60 seconds in their bank. We’ve played this game with as many as 8 adults, and the competition was high. It was also great with adult/child teams. Have fun!

I can’t really rate the product because it came broken. It wouldn’t turn on at all. I was very disappointed because I thought my daughter would really like it. I had no problem returning it for money back, but I didn’t have the option of getting a new one. Oh, well…

The game, Freeze Up Game” is lots of fun for young teens throug the oldest adult. Little kids may find it a little too fast paced. For the little ones in our family, we let the game ask the question – then hit the “Stop” button and give them plenty of time to think of a word. This way everyone can enjoy the game.
