  1. Lots of fun to put together, little ones (3 & 4) needed help but it was fun. Very cool when done – outdoor items click onto the roof, camper opens up and the kids loved putting the fish places, the little kid up on the bunk bed, etc. Great gift!

  2. What a cute set this is and so affordable! I purchased this as a supplement to the City Corner Set. This way my daughter, age 10, can have her mini figures go on a vacation. While this set is very tiny and easy to build, there are so many things to do with it. I did not know that it came with 3 minifigures but this makes the set alone worth it (1 male and 2 females). There is a bike which is a unique piece in the Lego World. The camper transforms into a bed and a place to unwind.

Even if you do not get the other City sets this is a unique set that is totally affordable. Originally, I was put off my the City Sets since they seemed geared for boys who loved cars, trucks, and trains that this was an interesting twist in the series. I am glad that Lego is deciding to branch out to captivate girls’ interests and to develop toys that are more related to real life. This set in addition to the City Corner makes a great gift!

  3. I thought I might give the Lego camper to a 4 year old – but kept thinking about putting it together myself instead. I finally broke down and put it together :) I am so glad I did. It was so much fun that I think I might try something harder like Falling Water. The camper is fun to put together, and would be great fun to play with.

  4. This is a great project and can be used with all other Legos. My son collects Lego figures and can use this to take them places. The price is waaay cheaper at Fred Meyer – only $20.

  5. I say this because I remember staring over old Lego flyers as a kid. One of the old sets that I had always wanted was a Lego camper much like this one. So as you can see I was very happy to finally receive one as a gift.

This may even be better than the old one because it folds open so that you can play inside. With many little details just like a real camper. It’s an enjoyable set for younger Lego fans or for those looking to regain a part of their youth.

Aside from the camper compartments loose attachment to the rest of the camper this is a very sturdy set. It’s a fine addition to anyone’s pile of Legos.
