The pool is wide enough and the material is durable so far. Can’t review it that much though because I bought it as a gift for somebody else.

I bought this pool the spring of 2008 – it lasted that summer and the summer of 2009. I just pulled it out today for a random hot April day (2010) and it was still fine until I decided to try to move it with a bit of water in it and pulled on of the frog leg seams open… it lasted for the day with chewing gum and duct tape – but I am VERY pleased with how long it lasted!! My daughter is now 4 and we have a new baby, so I am opting for a larger pool. But this really was a great pool… if the larger pool stinks, I’ll come back and buy this one again!
I also bought the version that had a slide, which worked ok, but I understand why they discontinued it.
ENJOY!

I purchased this pool last year for my grandson and it was the best ever..however it got blown away in a storm and hung on the fence and received many holes. HAD TO FIND ANOTHER ONE! I was willing to pay the extra shipping for his 3rd birthday party and, of course, no sooner had it arrived and I found it for $12.00 cheaper. Oh well, such is life. But the pool is great. It’s big enough for me to have fun with him in it too…and I do!

I’ve been happy with this pool. It’s nothing special but it has held up well. The sprayer is fun for my 2 1/2 year old. I fel like it was worth the money. I’ve been so disappointed with other pools that I have purchased but not the case with this one.

I bought this pool for my daughter and another little girl who comes over every day. They are both toddlers, and the pool was perfect for them. They hug the frog’s head when the sprinkler is off. I hoped the pool would last the summer.
Last weekend my nephew, a nine year old, came over. He took a running start and jumped in the pool. It was hysterical! Now, while I would certainly not reccomend buying the pool to take this kind of abuse, it did stand up to it. There are no tears. It still holds water and air! No leaks! I was sure that the repeated efforts of my nephew would destroy the pool. The girls still use the pool every day.
My only complaint: it is a little bit hard to empty. There is a plug in the bottom of the pool, but since the pool is on the ground and the ground is wet, water does not flow easily out the bottom. I do not know how the manufacturer could fix that though. I usually end up flipping it over. (But I have been flipping it all season- and NO TEARS!)
At this price, it is certainly a good value. I got more than my money’s worth.
